Always so happy to offer you our best service everyday and delighted to know that you are satisfied during your visits, we wish to continue to develop our house by offering you new services.

So since November 2021, part of the Tonnellerie has been under construction: the annex buildings in the garden, the swimming pool and part of the kitchen.

The outcome of the project is:

• 5 new apartments for long stays,
• The completely renovated swimming pool,
• Creation of a cannery-room in the kitchen to offer you a range of ready-dishes in sterilized jars.

However, we have been keen to build this project so that it is as virtuous as possible.

The objective, the challenge in each of our choices, is a customer, staff, supplier, artisans, AND environment satisfaction.

Apartments certainly BUT… respecting the old buildings and the environmental rules of renovation. Virtuous equipment choices (e.g. household appliances purchased second-hand, renovated and guaranteed by a social integration company). Choice of local suppliers (ex: real kitchens equipped by a Beaugency professional, very nice crockery but bought second-hand locally…). Installation of automatic cut-off equipment (e.g. heating when window open, lights off when door is locked, etc.). Your comfort remains in all cases our primary objective.

A renovated swimming pool certainly BUT… with a strong environmental approach: raising the bottom to limit its volume of water, its heating and the treatment products. Automation of water treatment to better control water quality.

Dishes cooked in jars certainly BUT… labeled organic and whose products used are all from our region. To always offer you more quality products. An activity that offers the advantage of making use of the surplus production of market gardeners or breeders but also makes it possible to stabilize jobs in the kitchen during the winter period.

We can’t wait to show you the result of all these choices and above all the pleasure of leting you take advantage of these new services!

The opening of the 5 new apartments is scheduled for March 31, 2022…

The swimming season in the pool will start as usual from May 1st…!

As for our cannery-room and its specialized equipment (autoclave), in operation since the end of 2021 and now labeled Organic-Ecocert, it allows us to expand our range day by day with several ready-dishes, terrines or other rillettes.. .

For the moment sold in the hotel shop, the marketing of the jars should soon also be done via local organic stores.
